• Aircraft optimised for logistics. ◦ Long Range Heavy Payload. ◦ Vertical Takeoff and landing capable. ◦ Integrated cargo bays. • Fleet ◦ L256 WingHead | 20Kg payload |200 Km range | Hybrid propulsion | Tandem Tilt-Wing Configuration | 75kg Volumetric weight. ◦ L560 | 300Kg payload | 600Km Range | Hybrid propulsion| 1.5 ton Volumetric Weight • Click-on click-off Cargo bays ◦ Independent cargo containers inspired by shipping containers. ◦ Customizable to temperature controlled, liquid container & conventional box. ◦ Modular design allows them to be stacked into each other and over others in any of our aircraft. ◦ IoT is enabled to track and connect to fleet and flight management systems. • Swapping Docks & Mobile Robots ◦ Load and unload cargo without manual labour. ◦ Can manage a high delivery volume with integrated Swapping docks in the warehouse. ◦ It can operate with bays of different sizes from any of our aircraft.

Hybrid Setup

•Aircraft design. •Our cargo aircraft configuration is full optimized for the long range mission profile. We dont have any dead weight on the aircraft and all systems are used effectively. This is achieved with the tilt-wing configuration where the motors with the wing are tilted from 90° to 0° going VTOL configuration to Forward flight. The video below shows our tilt-wing test bed.

‣

• Our tandem wing setup increases the compactness of the aircraft and enables us to operate from different sized warehouses. • The distributed electric propulsion with blown wing increases the effective lift enabling improved aerodynamics.

**•Power Train. **Our goal is a heavy payload long-range mission targeting tier 2,3 cities and remote places. • Electric motors enable easier maintenance and scalable infrastructure. • Batteries enable efficient use of these motors. • IE generators provide higher energy density with lower turnaround times. To get the best of both sides a hybrid power train can be used that enables lower turnaround time and lower maintenance with electric motors.

Our aircraft architecture uses distributed electric propulsion for higher cruise performance. why not fully electric • Not enough energy dense to sustain long discharge cycles. • charging increases on-ground time • swapping batteries required large infrastructure. • higher weight per energy unit. Why not Hydrogen Propulsion • No infrastructure is available. • Scaling is challenging. • Requires hi-tech equipment to store and generate. • R&D cycle is over 10 years. • Need certification and testing before deployment ( slower to market) Why power unit running on SAF/ blended fuels • Reduced CO2 emissions by 80% with similar energy density as petrol. (1) • Infrastructure is built and scaled by the government. • Available in all tier2, tier3 cities. • does not need special infrastructure for storage. • lower turnaround time • Baseline technology is ready and easy for deployment. (faster to market)

We will be developing a fuel-agnostic power train (Generator) with an Internal Combustion Engine/gas turbine that operates and is tuned to work on SAFs and Blended fuels. For our first product to market, we are modifying a COTS 2-stroke aero ICE to run on an E10 to E20 fuel. This defines a baseline for our future development. This technology will be built in-house and can host multiple IPs. ** Pricing/ Business model + Customer/ segment focus

Using the technology we are building we can access different markets. For this, we have defined 2 Revenue streams. **LogiXair Freight ▪ Moving cargo between fixed locations like warehouses or docks and generating recurring revenue based on the volume of cargo and the distance travelled. ▪ Addressing middle-mile and offshore logistics market. LogiXair Direct ▪ OEM business where we sell the aircraft at one-time costs and generate recurring revenue on the maintenance. ▪ Addressing defence and humanitarian logistics market.

Go to Market Strategy

Get Winghead (20kg payload aircraft) to the market as a product. ◦ Understand the on-ground strategies that work, from the market. ◦ Work with regulators for certifications. ◦ Establish long range communication and tech validation. ◦ Operations and manufacturing for deployment. ◦ Generate Revenue (not merely spending investors’ money)

This gives us a baseline to scale for everything we aim to do with our 300kg payload aircraft and position ourselves in the market. We will not be doing any service model with the Winghead aircraft, it will be sold as a product in the market. Estimate market entry by end 2025 in India. | | --- | --- | | Patents | • EU Design Patent Granted ◦ H 6+2 rotor configuration for UAV
